The Luxury Towers by Studio Juju Posted: 30 Jun 2010 10:27 AM PDT Getting the idea from observing people perform a flow of actions when they dress up in luxury. Studio Juju came up with The Luxury Towers, a set of very elegance jewelry box for these people. As the wearer goes back and forth between choosing and matching her accessories with her dresses, storing, selecting and preparing become a personal and quiet ritual to each individual. Studio Juju created pure and bold silhouettes with solid glass blocks, concealing the opulence of embroidery and soft leather within. Each luxury object is given its exclusive space in individual cases, crafted to fit its volume and shape. The long table allows the different blocks to be displayed and this ritual becomes fluid and light.
Round Pepper Grinder by Bodum Posted: 29 Jun 2010 12:01 AM PDT Cooking doesn't get any easier than this. The multi-coloured Round Pepper Grinder, designed by Bodum, seems to work by sheer intuition. Its powerful ceramic gear goes into action as soon as the grinder is tilted towards the foods that need to be peppered up. The grinder senses its position and starts and stops working according to its angle. It features an attractive, slip-safe rubber finish. And, conveniently enough, it can be used for salt and spices as well. via home & garden
