Versace for H&M Video

I LOOOOOVE THE VIDEO!!
Sooo creative and fun!! Love the whole concept, I love the part, where the model is running up the white stairs, and Donatella's hand shadow, grabs the model, and dangling in the air. SO COOL!
It's like a little model factory, and Donatella Versace is the puppet master, :D loove it!!
Also, Daphne looks soo great, she's so cute, I absolutely loove her!!  Lindsey also looks great, gosh, I can't believe they're under 18 yrs of age! O.o

My Saturday Outfit @ The Mall :)

 What I was wearing:
Shirt - Mossimo (trifted)
Sweater - Route 66 (got it when I was in my teens from Kmart)
Necklace - No brand (Uncle gave it to my mom)
Jeans - Jolt
Glasses - Givenchy
Bag - H&M
Shoes - Zara

Close up of the necklace

So a little story about my outfit, I wanted to go for a nerdy inspired look and a little unkempt, by having half of my shirt tucked in and the other half out. I was in the mood to wear a sweater with a collar shirt, so I was looking through my closet and trying on whatever I had, and I noticed my striped route 66 sweater, and I tried it on. At first I didn't like it, because, the sleeves are loose and somewhat baggy, but I decided to fold it, to minimize the bagginess of it, and yeah, I really liked it, and though it was cute! So I went with it, and sort of built the outfit around the sweater :) .  I believe I only wore this sweater, like once in my life, and this would be the 2nd time wearing it. LOL!

I bought this sweater, when I was like ummm....16 I think. I think I was 16 going on 17, and I was starting to be more open minded to girl clothes, because, in my early teens until I was 16, I wore clothes that hid my figure, and I was interested in boy clothes, and would shop in the guys section, lol. I remember buying a lot of cargo pants, with looots of pockets, that was my favorite kind of pants to wear, LOL. And when I did shop in the girls section, I would be only interested in graphic printed shirts, lol.  I would never wear skirts, dresses anything feminine, I would ALWAYS wear pants. I just felt comfortable, but when I was 16 going on 17, I started sloooowly being open to female clothes, and I remember being at Kmart, and I saw this sweater, I liked the colors, it just gave me a warmth feeling, and my mom liked it, I tried it on, and sort of liked it, and I bought it, lol. I have no idea what age I was the last time I wore it, so bad, lol. So, I wanted to give this sweater a 2nd chance, from being locked up in my closet forever and to give it some life, lol.
And also, I felt that the sweater, went well with my nerdy outfit that I was trying to make. :)

I cuffed my skinny jeans to give it a little more style to my outfit, instead of going with the usual being uncuffed.
I wore my actual eye glasses that are fairly new, that my twin sister, Anna picked out , to go with my nerdy look, and then I topped off my outfit with the collar necklace! I know the collar necklace doesn't go with the outfit, but I felt like something was missing from my outfit, and really wanted to wear an accessory, and I thought of the collar necklace trend that's going around this yr, so, I looked through my moms drawers, lol, and found this collar necklace, and I liked it, and wore it. It may not go with my nerdy outfit, but I don't care, I like it and I wanted to wear it. :D And if you think about it, the stereotype of nerds, when it comes to fashion, they're not really matchy with their outfits.

A Pop Of RED iN Monochrome

What I'm Wearing:
Jacket - H&M (Anna's)
Shirt - Pssst (Nordstroms rack)
Jeans - Bullhead in Super Skinny (Marshall's)
Shoes - Converse
Bracelet - no brand (had it since I was 15 or 16)

My twin sister Anna, took these pics for me on Friday, and it was fuuuun!
I love this outfit, I feel instantly cool, and for some reason, when I was on the garbage can, I felt grungy, and decided to do black and white pics.
Oh, and I tried to do a pompadour hair do, to have a cool hair style to go with the simple but yet cool outfit.
I looove this outfit, def. going to wear it again when I go somewhere, and it's going to be my go-to-wear outfit! Yayyyy....though...I just now need a black leather jacket like this. I would then wear it as if it were my 2nd skin! :D LOL. I'll wear it with all my outfits! :D

A Pop Of RED iN Monochrome

A quick drawing I did on the program Paint yesterday.
:)

What I want to wear soon:
Jacket - H&M (My twin sister's jacket)
Shirt - 99c store
Skinny jeans - Marshall's
Leather High Top Converse Shoes
And maybe a gold colored cross necklace

On Thursday, I was thinking of making a outfit for my grey skinny jeans, that I got from Marshall's several weeks ago. I wanted to do like a monochrome look, but I don't have any cool black jackets, and then I remembered, my twin's red leather jacket from H&M and I had a visual image of the whole outfit and I was like, OH.....I LIKE...I GOT ME A NEW COOL OUTFIT! :D
So, I can't wait to wear this outfit sooon! :)

My Lacey Studded Cross Shirt Idea

What I'm Wearing:
Top- I got it from the 99 cent store as a plain white tee, to put my design on it.
Skirt-H&M
Socks- Basic socks
Sneaks-Converse
Bag-H&M

On August 25th, I made this shirt as you remember from my last 2 posts, this post & this post and omgod, I had to HAND SEW THE LACE ONTO THE SHIRT!
I HATE HAND SEWING! I SUCK AT IT! LOL. I can never do a nice straight line, it's annoying. The reason why I had to hand sew, and not use my sewing machine, it's because my mom, who's a pro, told me that the machine will stretch the lace on the shirt, and it won't look good. So she taught me how to hand sew on lace, and started off for me, to show me how it's done, and once I got it, I sewed it on my own. :)  I then added the studs, and man....kind of annoying...lol!  I thought it would be fun and easy, but no! lol. But it was tottallly worth it, all that frustration/annoyance! :D

Once I was done, I tried it on and WAS SOOO HAPPY WITH IT! I now have a new shirt, and it feels sooo GREAT, to make something , instead of goin out to buy clothes! :D I seriously get more excited/happy when I am creating, and trying to sew something I can wear, instead of shopping and buying something, because that happiness lasts for a short time. While making something, you can always look back and smile, because you worked hard on what you created! RIGHT?!  At least that's how I feel. :)

So I got to wear my new shirt idea on Friday the 26th, and was soo happy to wear it, I just felt so comfortable and proud! :D  Anna & I meet up with a family friend @ the Northridge mall, had lunch/dinner with our family friend...though I didn't order anything, because, I wasn't interested in the foods, so I just got coke to drink, lol. Anna had a steak sandwich with some fries, and our family friend had, baked potatoes with cheese and butter I think. After eating we walked around the mall and had loads of convo's with our family friend.  I love her so much, she keeps me positive and hopeful about life. :) I NEED 10 PEOPLE LIKE HER IN MY LIFE! :D  So that was our day, looots of fun/spiritual/interesting convos with our family friend and going in stores and checking out clothes. At night we went home, and I took the rest of the pics from my digi cam. :)

Last Saturday's Outfit + Having Fun With The iphone 4 :D

Outside the Northridge Mall
I LOOOVE THE CUTE LIGHTS!

Anna took these pics for me with my camera. :)

Anna & I shared this cinnamon sugary pretzel, and IT WAS SOOOOO DAMNNNN GOOOOD!!!

We hanged out at the Apple store checkin out the iphone 4,
& I drew this on the sketch pad app, it was fun :D

I LOOOOVE THIS APP!
I forgot what's called, something robot, lol.
I had sooo much fun playing around with it, and pumped up the volume, because the noise was SOOO FUNNNY LOL! Oh and Anna pointed out that some man, kept looking my way, when I was playing around with the app, because, I guess he was getting annoyed, LMAO!
I don't care, if someone thinks this app is annoying, it's SERIOUSLY ENDLESS FUN FOR ME! :D

Should have done my hair this style, it complements my face better. -.-

What I Wore:
Dress- Zara (My mom got it for me from the Sale )
Belt- My mom's vintage belt
Leggings- H&M
Oxfords- Sam Edelman
Bag- H&M

Last Saturday, I wore this outfit, to go visit my nana's grave with all my other relatives.
After the grave all my relatives, family and I went to a resturuant called, Carousel restaurant. It's a Armenian restaurant  and the layout of the resturant inside is pretttty damn nice! I LOOOVED IT!  I loved the decorations they hanged on the walls, they had swords, shot guns, pretty colored vases, Armenian vintage dolls, and the chandeliers WERE SOO PRETTY! They had hanging beads around the lights, soooo prettty! My mom, Anna and I LOOOVED IT SO MUCH!   The food was alright, I mean it's just armenian food.... :P.  I'm used to eating armenian food, so  it's like nothing to me. I was hoping they'd serve MY FAAAAV armenian appetizer, Byorek, but UGHHHH...THEY DIDN'T!!! >.< It's ALL I CARED TO EAT.....& DESSERTS!  They didn't serve desserts, I'm guessing because my uncle didn't order them...what a FAIL. -.-

After the resturant all my relatives were going to my uncles home except for my twin and I, because, I can't seem to stand going to someone's house and staying there for the FULL day, it's absolute TORTURE! I get easily bored, so our parents dropped us off at the Northridge Mall, and we just hanged there all day. :)

We had a great time, did a few streetstyle pics as you saw in the previous posts, window shopped, and got distracted with the Apple store. :D We stayed there for a good few hours, lol. I checked out the news on Amy Winehouse...so sad :(, checked out the sketch pad, played a few games and omgod.....my faaaav game on the iphone 4 is some car racing game! Man, I had SOOOO MUCH FUN PLAYING IT! :D I was sooo into it, and it made me realize how much I MISSED PLAYING RACING GAMES! :D I used to play a bunch when I was a kid with my cousins on Nintendo and PlayStation and what not. :D
Anna also played around with the car racing game, but couldn't get a hang of it, LMAO, was sooo funnny!  She also checked out the cooking apps and had fun with that.

After the apple store we just walked outside the mall, and I asked Anna to take a few outfit pics. Later  we went and had the cinnamon sugared pretzel that we both shared and had a few candies from the candy gumball machine. :D
That was our day, and it ended nicely.
:)
